Turkey Run/Health Fair

Winners 1^st and 2^nd place in each category both male and female

Look into getting medals for winners

CHRISTMAS PARADE

Try to go down to Farmer’s Street

A copy of events has been given to the newspaper (Press and Standard)

Channel 5 will run a promo and follow up from video made by Shane

NEW BUSINESS

Need to name park and municipal building

Park – Camellia Park

Eugenia will call Clemson about landscaping

Bob and Miles from Camellia Society will be called to help with plantings

Name the municipal building after Joe Ben Ackerman

The next meeting will be October 1, 2009 at 6:00 pm
