Court Clerk Report – November

We had an abundance of phone calls about the Halloween and upcoming holiday festivities.

The judge and I have been working diligently on preparing dates and times for the jury roster and jury trials.

We had the opportunity to attend the jury roster meeting for Walterboro’s Magistrate Court so we could become familiar with the process.

I dedicated some time to warrants this month and I’m helping the police department update active and inactive warrants. We are still working on them but when we are finished we will have updated years of active and inactive warrants.
