I contacted Shannon F. Horton in regards to the Pre-trial Intervention Program for the 14th Judicial Circuit.  She provided great help in my need to prepare the Cottageville Municipal Court for the program.  I know the proper paper work, referral forms, and procedure to conduct referrals to the program.  This is a wonderful improvement to our court system and police department.

We had our first court with the new judge, The Honorable Wendell Butterfield, on 11/25/2008.  Court went smoothly.
