Public Hearing Notice for October 6, 2008 – Town Meeting

The Town of Cottageville Town Council will hold a Town meeting on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Cottageville Town Hall, 10913 Cottageville Highway, to pass the 1st reading on Ordinance 2008-4. This ordinance is for the new zoning and land use plan for the Town.  Also to pass the 2nd reading on ordinance 2008-5 Repealing Cottageville Town Code section 18.201 and enacting a new section 18.201 creating the offense of Negligent Operation of a vehicle.  Any disabled persons needed auxiliary aids, please call Town Hall 843-835-8655, at least 24 hours notice.
