1. Planning Commission meet and finished up with the zoning ordinance. They will have a Public Hearing on Oct. 6 at 6:00 p.m., if any citizens would like to look at the draft, they may go on the Cottageville web page. If anyone wants to provide written comments they need to get them to me before the Oct. 6 Public Hearing. After the Public Hearing , the commission will present it to the Council at the Town Meeting which is Oct. 6 at 7:00 pm, for the 1st reading of the ordinance.
2. Finish up the audit and Renee with Griffith and Beach will present it to council tonight.
3. Finalize the loans for the 2 new police cars at BB&T Bank. The cars have been taken to have the lights put on them.
4. I am in the process of getting letters sent out to the DOT for road closure and the militiary band to see if they will be able be in the Christmas parade. Will be working on applications for the entry of the parade to. 
5. We were turned down on the T-21 grant. The letter said they have received 64 applications this year for more then $11 million. This years program only $4 million will be allocated to the rural enhancement projects.
