August 2008

Chief paul haase and i met with the solicitor, Sean Thorton on issues I had with bail bondsman and estreatments. The solicitor offered his assistance on all of my questions.

I sent out 76 letter court bench warrant letters. Letter court will be held on 8-5-2008 between the hours of 9 and 4. We already have approximately 40 bench warrants paid. The chief and i have have a wonderful response to the NCIC system. In the month of July, we received a hit almost every other day. We have prisoners in Barnwell, Summerville, Charleston county, and Berkely county waiting to be picked up after they serve their time for other agencies.

I have completed my annual county judicial survey disposition report and my judicial survey amounts report. These reports are due at the end of each fiscal year.

On July 15 i used my lab top for court. It was very helpful and it saved a lot of time.

The chief and i will be working on the ticket audit in the month of August.
